Trip to Grammy and Poppa Dave's

We headed out of town this past week to Mansfield, OH to visit Grammy and Poppa Dave. It was a long trip with three little ones but they were great..... everything about it was great. Well, maybe not the weather but that's just a given. 12 hours in a car is a lot to ask of three kids 6 and under but they handled it well. We had so much fun. We were surprised by a visit from Uncle Tobin, his fiance Shannon and cousin Austin. We also got to see two other cousins Nicholas and Stephanie. We got to go out to eat at places we don't have anywhere near here (Red Lobster was a particularly good one!), we got to play at different places, swim in their hot tub, ride on an indoor carousel, and play with two little puppies for the entire week. Like all good things, it had to end. But not before getting some images of the kids with Grammy. Got some of Poppa too but will share those later. For now, here's just a few.

Out of Town

Just a note to say I will be out of town the week starting April 18th - 25th. I am taking the kids on a 12 hour trek to Grammy's house. Please pray we don't run into any wolves on the way! I will answer any emails/requests the week after I return. Happy Spring Break everyone!

The P's

This is why I love my job. I get to meet cool people and document amazing events in their lives. We did this session last week, before my house got hit with the stomach bug, before the Easter weekend, and before my neck decided to play up again. Just a few of the reasons contributing to the late posting of some images. So sorry guys - here's a couple of images that just jumped out at me. Thanks for such an amazing time. You guys are great and I can't wait to hear of the delivery.

Good Old Times

Had a wonderful session on Sunday night. Can't believe it really but it happened. I owe most of it to facebook - reconnecting with a girl I used to ride the school bus with in Australia throughout our high school years. The chances were pretty slim that we would ever see each other again, let alone in New Hampshire, but we have 19 years later. She lives across the pond, engaged to a man from South Africa, and I married a Yank and live in the States. Funny how small this huge planet really is. Anyway, we had a great time. She's marrying into a wonderful family, full of love and warmth. It was great to see them together and experience just a small amount of what she'll have forever. Just a few of my favorites from our session.

And we had to get the Mustang - red of course, although can't tell with this image!

The R Family

Had a fun maternity shoot this past week with a wonderful young family. So in love, expecting their second baby in June. Been playing around in photoshop - I spend way too much time playing. It's so fun.
